About the ShipEdit
ShipEdit lets customers update their shipping address or cancel orders before fulfillment, all within rules you control. The app adds blocks to your thank-you and order status pages where customers can make changes during the edit window you set. You decide whether to allow address changes, cancellations, or both.
When customers cancel an order, inventory restocks automatically and refunds are issued when applicable. You can hold fulfillment after checkout, block specific shipping destinations, and apply order tags when customers make changes. Every action gets recorded in an activity log for easy tracking.
The app works directly on order status pages with no upsells or product swaps—just simple self-service options for your customers to correct shipping details or cancel before their order ships.
