About the SetLoop: Checkout Consent
SetLoop adds email and SMS marketing consent boxes to your Shopify checkout and thank-you page, with automatic sync to Klaviyo lists. The app applies the right consent rules based on customer location: UK soft opt-in under PECR, EU explicit opt-in for GDPR compliance, and US notice requirements for CAN-SPAM. Every opt-in is stored as an immutable audit record with a signed Legitimate Interest Assessment for complete compliance documentation.
The checkout consent box requires Shopify Plus, while the thank-you page opt-in works on any store. SetLoop handles real-time Klaviyo sync with subscriber suppression to prevent duplicates. Built-in A/B testing helps optimize consent rates, and LTV reporting shows the value of your opt-ins. All consent records include CSV export capability. SetLoop captures the consent, Klaviyo sends your campaigns.
