About the NASP Rewards

NASP Rewards helps you create a customer loyalty program by turning purchases and activities into points that customers can redeem as Shopify store credit. Reward customers for welcome gifts, birthdays, email subscriptions, and social media or website visits. Customers can easily view their point balances, earning opportunities, and transaction history directly in their customer accounts. Your retail staff can check balances and redeem points in store using Shopify POS, making the rewards program work seamlessly online and offline. Control point expiry by setting an annual cutoff date or configure up to four earning periods throughout the year. Review all activity including refunds and redemptions, manually adjust customer points with detailed reasons, and resolve any store credit issues directly from your Shopify Admin. Issue store credit with optional expiry dates to keep your loyalty program flexible and manageable.
