ReturnFence helps you spot refund abuse by scoring every customer from 0 to 100 based on their return history. The app reads about 60 days of refund data from Shopify and builds a watchlist automatically after install, making patterns visible that are hard to catch one order at a time.
Set custom rules like flagging customers with three or more refunds in 60 days. When a matching order comes in, it joins a review queue with all the evidence attached. You can approve it or add a hold tag before fulfillment. The app never cancels orders or makes fulfillment decisions for you—you stay in control.
