About the returnfence
ReturnFence helps you review orders from customers with refund history before fulfillment. The app evaluates each new order against your custom rules, checking refund events within Shopify's 60-day order history window. Orders that match your criteria go into a review queue where you can approve them or add a hold tag.
Every customer gets a refund signal score from 0-100, showing you the risk level and reasons behind it. The review queue ranks orders by signal strength, so you can prioritize which ones need attention first. You'll have a refund watchlist built from your own store data, ready to use right after installation. Each flagged order includes a complete activity trail, and Pro merchants receive a weekly refund signals digest to stay informed.
