RetainPulse helps you segment customers by loyalty and identify churn risk using industry-adjusted RFM scoring. Unlike tools that use relative scoring, this app applies fixed benchmarks tuned to your store category and real buying cycles, so your segments stay consistent. Get eight customer segments from Champions to Dormant, each with a dedicated Focus Page that includes plain-language action guides. The health dashboard shows month-over-month trends and cohort retention grids so you can track how customer groups evolve over time. Export segments via CSV, sync customer tags in Shopify for targeted campaigns, and receive weekly Slack digests or email notifications to stay on top of changes.
