About the RetainAIO: Refund Protection
RetainAIO protects your store from repeat refunders by scoring every order against each customer's refund history. The app explains its reasoning in plain English and shows a confidence score for every decision. When confidence is low, orders go to a review queue instead of acting automatically. You can approve, dismiss, hold fulfillment, add tags, or blocklist customers right from the screen that shows why the order was flagged. Refund protection starts working from 60 days before installation, tracking history specific to your store only. The free plan scores orders and provides explanations, while automated actions require a paid subscription.
