Restockix replaces Stocky with a complete purchasing and receiving ledger built for retail. Create purchase orders that automatically check your suppliers' real rules including MOQ, case packs, order minimums, and payment terms. Email POs as PDFs directly to suppliers and manage partial receiving that updates Shopify stock levels and unit costs through safe delta adjustments. The app handles real-world receiving workflows with printable receiver check-in sheets featuring blank count boxes and prices. Generate barcode labels for incoming inventory in multiple formats including Dymo 30252/30334, Zebra, and Avery 5160 sizes. Former Stocky users can rescue their supplier data by rebuilding suppliers, costs, and supplier SKUs from Stocky CSV exports. Every purchase order includes warnings when supplier requirements aren't met, helping you avoid ordering mistakes. Partial deliveries are tracked properly, with counted stock landing in Shopify as accurate inventory adjustments that protect your existing counts while updating unit costs when needed.
