About the Replenly ‑ Purchase Orders
Replenly helps you manage inventory replenishment from reorder signal to supplier purchase orders to receiving stock. This focused workflow gives you clearer reorder decisions without needing a full ERP system.
The app analyzes sales velocity, supplier lead times, safety stock, on-hand inventory, and inbound stock to show you what needs restocking. Reorder recommendations are grouped by supplier, making it easy to see what to order and when.
Create purchase orders with landed cost tracking and supplier minimums built in. Receive inventory in full or partial shipments and write quantities back to Shopify automatically. Run barcode-assisted stocktakes, print barcode labels for purchase orders, and track ingredients with recipes. You'll get a weekly low-stock email digest to stay on top of inventory levels. The app also supports importing Stocky CSVs for easy migration.
