CertDesk helps you collect resale certificates from wholesale buyers and manage tax exemptions in Shopify. Buyers upload their certificates on a theme-matched page without needing to create an account or log in. The app reviews everything in one queue with smart checks that flag bad certificate numbers and wrong states before you approve.
One-click approval automatically sets Shopify's native tax exemption, tags the customer, and adds metafields while starting the renewal clock. Track certificate due dates with an overdue-review tab that keeps lapsed certificates visible, plus in-app alerts to stay on top of renewals.
