About the Relayship
Relayship automatically uploads supplier tracking numbers to your Shopify store without needing any portal or API access. Simply forward your supplier's dispatch emails to one address, and the app extracts tracking numbers, carriers, and matches them to the correct orders. It then fulfills orders in Shopify so customers receive shipping notifications automatically.
The app reads tracking information from plain text emails, HTML formats, and PDF shipping label attachments. It matches each email to your Shopify orders using order references, shipping addresses, or customer names. When the app isn't completely confident about a match, items go into a review queue where you can confirm details before tracking information posts to your store. Works with any supplier sending dispatch emails.
