About the RefillLane
RefillLane helps you manage product refill timing and review order records to plan your next steps. Set custom refill intervals, lead times, and quantity rules for each product in your store. Sync up to 1,000 orders from the past 60 days to create review records. Check due dates and email marketing permissions, then pause or cancel records as needed. Export up to 10,000 rows to CSV for further analysis, with up to 500 records displayed in the app. This tool does not send messages to customers or modify your Shopify orders or products. Customer email addresses are not stored. Order-based features require Shopify protected customer data approval.
