About the ReceiveFlow

ReceiveFlow helps you manage purchase orders, receive partial deliveries, and generate barcode or price-label PDFs for your inventory. Build purchase orders by searching your existing product catalog, then confirm only the stock that actually arrived. When you confirm receipt, Shopify inventory updates automatically. Generate label PDFs in Dymo 30334 or thermal sizes for barcodes and price tags. Export purchase orders to CSV on every plan. Import purchase orders from CSV with Starter or Pro plans. Pro users can receive stock at multiple locations and access full receipt history. ReceiveFlow maintains its own purchase order system and doesn't import native Shopify POs or Transfers. Remember to verify label size and printer settings before printing labels.
