About the RateGuard

RateGuard finds broken shipping rules that stop rates from showing at checkout. When shipping options disappear, you get no error message and no orders in your admin. Unlike basic tests that check one address, RateGuard scans your entire catalogue. It identifies products flagged as digital, products missing weight, shipping zones with no active rates, price brackets set too low, locations that can't ship online, profiles that skip countries you sell to, and zones relying on carrier APIs. Each finding tells you exactly which setting to change. RateGuard only reads your store and never edits anything—you make the fixes yourself in your admin.
