About the Qorix Product Reviews App
Qorix Product Reviews App helps Shopify merchants collect and display customer reviews through automated review request emails. The app automatically sends review requests after delivery, with options to set custom email delays, send follow-up reminders, and exclude refunded orders. Merchants can track review status from Pending to Sent to Opened to Reviewed.
Collect text reviews, photo reviews, and video reviews from customers. Manage submissions using moderation tools and content filters to automatically remove unwanted content. Choose review publishing rules to either auto-publish reviews or approve them manually before they go live.
Display collected reviews using customizable widgets including Quick Review, TrustBar, ReviewReel, ReviewHub, QuoteLoop, and VideoStack. Connect custom SMTP for email delivery and export all reviews for reporting and spreadsheet management. The app provides complete control over the review collection process for Shopify stores.
