Track expiry dates and batches directly inside your Shopify admin. This app helps shops selling food, supplements, or cosmetics manage stock by batch with expiry dates, so you always know which products expire first and how much money is at risk.
Qiksy Shelf works seamlessly within your Shopify admin—no separate account needed. Add products to the shelf with their expiry dates, receive deliveries, and watch as batches get sorted by date automatically. The app sells oldest batches first, ensuring proper stock rotation.
Your Shopify quantities stay synced with the shelf. When you receive stock or write it off, Shopify updates automatically. Orders and refunds flow back to the shelf, following the oldest-first rule. Staff can manage inventory using a phone, with camera support for scanning barcodes and capturing product names and expiry dates during delivery.
