About the Prova: Photo & Video Reviews

Prova automatically collects photo and video reviews from your customers after every order fulfillment. Customers receive a branded review request email and can submit their review with photos, ratings, and text in just 30 seconds from any phone. All reviews are verified and require your approval before going live on product pages through a no-code Theme App Extension. The app is GDPR-ready and supports multilingual review forms that auto-detect English, French, Spanish, and German. Schema.org rich snippets are included so Google displays your star ratings directly in search results. Your logo and brand colors appear on both the email and customer review form for a consistent branded experience.
