About the Proofmark

Proofmark helps agencies and developers building Shopify themes collect client feedback directly on unpublished theme previews. Clients click any element to pin comments with screenshots showing exactly what they saw. No accounts or passwords needed—reviewers sign in with single-use email links sent to their inbox. Comments only appear on unpublished themes, never on your live store. Your team can reply to feedback, resolve threads, and reopen discussions right from the Shopify admin or on the preview itself. Track all open feedback with a dashboard showing resolution times and stale comments. When you publish the theme, all comments are automatically archived.
