Proofed Digital Proof Manager helps you manage custom order approvals with a complete design proof workflow. Upload proof images or use the built-in design editor to create proofs and Roland VersaWorks-ready cut files with CutContour support. Send customers a secure link to your branded approval portal on your own domain—no login required. Customers can approve designs or request revisions with comments directly through the portal. All email notifications are white-labeled and sent from your own address, with replies coming straight to your inbox. Order tags update automatically based on proof status changes and can trigger Shopify Flow automations. Perfect for businesses handling custom orders that need design sign-off before production.
