About the Proofdrop: Contact File Upload
Proofdrop adds photo upload functionality to your Shopify contact form, making it easy for customers to show you damaged items and product issues. When customers contact your store, they can attach photos directly through the contact form. You'll receive photo links in your contact emails alongside their messages, so you can review issues quickly.
Photos are automatically saved to your connected Google Drive account, or to Shopify Files if no Google account is linked. The app works with your existing contact form and includes customization options to match your theme—adjust colors, borders, corner radius, and padding. You can set photo limits, control accepted file formats and sizes, and delete old uploads to manage storage.
