About the Portalink PDF to Draft Order
Portalink converts emailed purchase orders in PDF, Excel and HTML formats into Shopify draft orders, helping wholesale and B2B teams reduce manual data entry. The app validates order details against your Shopify catalogue to catch discrepancies before processing. You can review captured data alongside the original purchase order document, apply custom business rules, and move orders into Shopify drafts without retyping line items. AI-assisted template mapping handles different customer order formats while maintaining a consistent workflow for order processing.
