PoolSync prevents overselling when your Shopify variants share the same physical inventory. Instead of manually adjusting quantities across multiple variants, this app creates inventory pools that sync automatically in real-time.
Set up consumption multipliers for different product sizes—for example, a 1oz variant consumes 1 unit while a 4oz variant consumes 4 units from the same pool. When orders come in, inventory deducts from the pool and updates all linked variants instantly. Refunds and cancellations restore stock automatically.
