It matches line items to your products, entering confirmed matches directly while holding uncertain lines for quick two-click review alongside the original document. When you fix a product code once, POClerk remembers that customer's shorthand for future orders through alias memory. Built-in pack rules handle conversions like "2 cases = 24 units," while price-mismatch flags and quantity cross-checks catch errors before processing. Autopilot mode processes orders from trusted wholesale customers automatically and sends plain-words confirmation replies to buyers.
