About the POClerk: PO to Draft Order

POClerk turns emailed purchase orders from your wholesale buyers into draft orders automatically. The app reads B2B POs sent as PDFs, Excel files, spreadsheets, or even photos, then matches every line to your product catalog and prepares the draft order for you. When POClerk isn't sure about a match, it holds those lines for quick review next to the original document—just two clicks to fix. Customers on standing orders receive their usual weekly order sheet pre-filled with last time's quantities, and their email reply becomes a draft order ready to process. The app remembers details for each customer, handles pack rules like "2 cases equals 24 units," and flags price mismatches. You can set trusted customers on autopilot and send plain-words confirmation replies to buyers. If a customer sends a revised PO, it updates the existing order.
