About the PO Simple
PO Simple brings purchase order management and low-stock replenishment directly into your Shopify admin. Create suppliers, add product variants to orders, calculate totals, and generate PDF purchase orders to email to your suppliers. Set reorder thresholds for each variant—when inventory runs low, the app automatically prepares draft purchase orders for your review. Duplicate protection prevents repeated drafts. When deliveries arrive, confirm received quantities to update your selected Shopify location. Suppliers are never contacted without your approval.
