About the Plumb
Plumb makes daily stock counting simple while your store stays open. Instead of closing for full stocktakes, this app picks products worth counting based on 90 days of sales data. High-velocity items get counted more often, while slow-moving stock comes up less frequently.
Staff receive short count lists on POS or in the admin, making inventory management part of the daily routine. When a sale happens during counting, the system protects your data by refusing the count rather than overwriting it. Nothing updates your inventory until you approve it, and you can undo changes with one click.
The app includes barcode scanning on POS or with USB scanners in the admin. Eleven exportable reports track accuracy, shrinkage, coverage, and show exactly what each variance was worth and where stock goes missing. You can also run full stocktakes when needed to count everything at once.
