About the PayMatch: Bank Payment Match
PayMatch helps merchants who accept manual bank transfers by automatically matching incoming payments to unpaid Shopify orders. Simply upload your bank statement in CSV or OFX/QFX format, and the app matches each bank transfer to the correct order using order number, exact amount, and customer name. Each match includes a confidence score so you can review before confirming. With one click, mark matched orders as paid through the Shopify Admin API. The app works seamlessly with manual payment methods like bank deposit, wire transfer, and COD placed through Shopify checkout. Your bank login credentials are never requested, shared, or stored, keeping your financial data secure.
