Customers leave voice reviews instead of typing them out. Most shoppers won't write 200 words, but they'll tap a link and talk for 30 seconds on their phones.
Parlata AI emails customers after fulfillment with a one-tap voice recorder. They record their review, AI transcribes and cleans up the text, then you approve it in your Shopify Admin. Approved reviews appear on product pages with both audio player and transcript.
