Paidback: Win Chargebacks

Paidback automatically fights chargebacks and recovers lost revenue with zero manual work. The app detects disputes instantly and builds complete responses by collecting evidence from order data, tracking info, delivery confirmation, and fraud signals. It writes tailored rebuttals matched to each dispute reason code and submits everything for you. The system flags missing evidence and shows you exactly what to add. You get full visibility into every piece of evidence collected for each chargeback. Paidback also alerts you when customers who previously disputed orders try to buy again, and can hold fulfillment until you review. Designed specifically for Shopify Payments merchants who want hands-off chargeback management and dispute recovery.
