About the PackLock

PackLock adds line-by-line packing checks to prevent shipping errors before orders go out for fulfilment. The app automatically places a native fulfilment hold on eligible physical shipping orders after Shopify routes them. Your packers can then use the embedded app or a signed Station Link to verify every line item, quantity, variant, SKU, and order note against the actual products being packed. Once all checklist items are confirmed and ticked off, PackLock releases the hold and can add a completion tag to the order. If order edits happen, the app triggers a fresh pack check to maintain accuracy. Merchants keep full control with the ability to override or release holds directly in Shopify admin whenever needed.
