Termsy: Terms Checkbox

Termsy adds a required terms and conditions checkbox to your cart that shoppers must accept before checkout. Create your own consent statement and link to your terms of service, refund policy, shipping policy, or privacy policy—one checkbox covers all your checkout terms. A server-side checkout rule enforces acceptance, not just theme code. This means express checkout buttons like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Buy it now are blocked until customers agree to terms. Direct checkout links can't bypass the requirement either. Every order automatically logs the accepted terms text, version number, and timestamp as proof of consent. This documentation protects you if a customer disputes a charge later. The app includes default checkbox text in 14 languages and requires no theme modifications to work.
