ReturnShield helps you spot repeat refund patterns and identify high-risk customers before they checkout. The app analyzes your fulfilled orders and refunds from the last 60 days, giving you clear evidence of customer refund behavior. You can review each customer's risk level and choose to Allow, Watch, or Block them when Shopify recognizes the buyer.
Add custom checkout rules to control orders based on countries, PO boxes, phone numbers, cart values, and specific products. All address and phone checks happen inside Shopify only—ReturnShield never receives or stores this sensitive information.
