About the Ordra ‑ ReturnShield
ReturnShield analyzes your store's fulfilled orders and refunds from the past 60 days to identify repeat refund behavior. The app flags risky customers with clear evidence and lets you decide how to handle each one—choose Allow, Watch, or Block based on their refund history.
Control who completes checkout by setting up custom rules through Shopify Functions. Add PO box restrictions, country filters, phone requirements, and phone country code checks. You can also create cart and product-specific checkout rules to protect your business.
All delivery address and phone data is processed securely within Shopify and never sent to or stored by ReturnShield, keeping customer information safe while you maintain control over your checkout process.
