When shoppers pick the wrong size, wrong color, or forget their apartment number, they can fix it instantly using the Edit order button on the Thank you page and in customer accounts. Customers can swap to another in-stock variant at the same price or update their shipping address within the same country—no support tickets needed. A fulfillment hold automatically stops orders from shipping until the edit window closes, protecting you from sending the wrong items. You control which orders qualify for editing through customizable rules based on order age, payment method, order status, and country. Only in-stock swaps that keep the order total unchanged are allowed, so there's no payment hassle. Turn customer mistakes into quick fixes instead of lost sales.
