About the OrderPing ‑ Reduce COD RTO
OrderPing helps reduce RTO rates by confirming cash on delivery orders before shipping. When a COD order comes in, your customer instantly receives a WhatsApp message with one-tap Confirm and Cancel buttons. You only ship confirmed orders, cutting down on refused deliveries that cost you double in courier fees.
The app runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API to keep your number secure. Messages automatically send in English, Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic with live preview. If customers don't respond within 24 hours, one reminder goes out. Orders auto-expire after 72 hours with no reply. You also get shipping notifications with tracking links to keep customers informed throughout delivery.
