OrderGate blocks unwanted buyers during checkout validation, preventing orders from being created in the first place. Stop serial refunders, chargeback abusers, throwaway email domains, and customers from regions you no longer ship to before they complete their purchase.
Set up blocking rules by exact email, wildcard patterns, entire domains with subdomains, country, city, postal code prefix, or customer tag. The app checks every checkout against your rules and turns away problem buyers automatically—no orders to cancel, refund, or restock.
Start with log-only mode to see what your rules would have blocked before enforcing them. Customize your own rejection messages that display against the specific checkout field causing the block. Support for up to 1,500 rules, optimized to work within Shopify's runtime limits.
