About the OrderFix: Customer Order Edit

OrderFix lets customers edit orders themselves after checkout. Shoppers can change the shipping address, swap sizes or colors, adjust quantities, add or remove items, or cancel their order completely - all without contacting support. You control what changes are allowed and set the time window for edits. Order editing automatically stops when your warehouse begins fulfillment or when the order ships. Additional items are paid through Shopify's secure payment page, while refunds are processed directly by you. Every customer order edit works through Shopify's native order editing system, so there are no duplicate orders and your fulfillment records stay accurate. If you enable it, customers can self-cancel orders with automatic refunds and restocking. This self-service approach reduces support emails while giving shoppers the flexibility to fix mistakes on their own terms.
