About the Orderediting & Post Purchase
Let customers edit orders themselves after checkout and reduce support requests. Shoppers can update shipping addresses, change product quantities and variants, or adjust items directly from the thank you and order status pages. The app also lets you show post-purchase offers so customers can add products before fulfillment. You control which order edits are allowed and set time limits for editing. Customers get warnings about incomplete or invalid shipping details to prevent delivery issues. This self-service approach helps your team spend less time handling common order change requests while giving buyers the flexibility to fix mistakes and manage their purchases after completing checkout.
