About the Mastiff: Minimum Order Limits

Shopify doesn't offer built-in minimum order amounts or per-product quantity limits. Standard cart messages get bypassed by Shop Pay and express checkouts, letting small orders through. Mastiff enforces minimum order quantity (MOQ), maximum quantity limits, minimum purchase amounts, and max order values directly at checkout. Set rules for products, variants, collections, or entire carts. Perfect for B2B stores needing case-pack multiples and per-customer purchase limits. The rule builder uses plain English—no coding or theme edits required. Test any cart scenario in the simulator before going live, so there are no surprises. Rules work with all checkout methods including Shop Pay and Apple Pay. Email support responds within one business day.
