About the OneShelf
OneShelf solves shared stock overselling by keeping one base stock that multiple listings sell from. Perfect for shops selling blanks as printed designs, materials in different formats, or bulk items as smaller portions.
Each listing deducts exactly what it uses from your base stock with every sale, both online and at POS. When customers return items, stock automatically goes back. The checkout guard prevents overselling across all your listings that share the same inventory.
Set how much each variant uses per sale - whether it's one blank behind fifty printed products, yarn sold as skeins and kits, or bottles sold as decants. Preview mode lets you see every change before it writes, and every move gets recorded in the ledger so your counts stay accurate.
