About the OnceOnly: Discount Protection
OnceOnly stops discount abuse by blocking repeat buyers who use different emails to claim your first-order discount multiple times. While Shopify's standard "one per customer" limit only tracks accounts and emails, this app recognizes the same person behind new email addresses and shipping details.
See exactly how much of your welcome discount went to repeat buyers over the past 12 months. The app then protects your discount codes by either rejecting them at checkout or allowing them through while tagging the order for review. You can set up exemptions for B2B customers, resellers, and staff members.
No Shopify Plus needed. All data is stored as checksums only, never plain text, with servers located in the EU for privacy protection.
