Customers can view their ticket balance and expiration dates right from their account page. The system automatically tracks expiration dates and updates expired tickets daily, so you always have accurate records. Usage history is maintained for all tickets, giving you complete visibility into how packages are being used. The app works with both new and legacy customer accounts, making it simple to get started. It supports Japanese and English languages, with custom text options available if you need other languages. Staff names are recorded when tickets are used or cancelled, helping you maintain clear accountability and detailed tracking for your business.
