About the Staff Access Audit Guard
Staff Access Audit Guard helps you audit app scopes and staff access across your Shopify store. The app classifies every granted scope, flags apps that can read or write protected customer data, and scores your store's security from Low to High—higher means safer.
Each installed app gets a risk score: Low, Moderate, Elevated, or High. AI and agentic apps are included in the review. Staff and collaborator accounts receive overdue flags with 30 and 90-day review reminders. Drift alerts notify you when app scopes, owners, or costs change after scheduled audits.
Track app costs manually and spot duplicate paid categories. Export CSV or PDF evidence for internal reviews. Your first audit runs automatically on install, and POS staff accounts can be logged in the same access register.
Launched: June 12, 2026
