Low Stock Alerts sends instant notifications when your inventory runs low or sells out. Get alerts by email, Slack, or webhook so your team can restock on time and avoid lost sales.
Set custom stock thresholds by variant, product, collection, tag, or vendor, with a default threshold for everything else. The app tracks stock changes in real-time and runs a full recheck every six hours to keep your inventory data accurate.
Choose daily summary emails delivered at your preferred time with a complete CSV attachment, or receive instant alerts within about a minute when stock levels change. Monitor each location separately or select only the locations that matter to your business.
The dashboard separates low stock items from out-of-stock products, exports to CSV, and lets you snooze or ignore specific variants. Your team gets a clear view of what needs attention right now.
