About the Contact Form Builder
This app lets you add contact forms, wholesale registration forms, and quote request forms to any page using a theme app block—no coding needed. Forms automatically use your theme's fonts and buttons, with clearly labelled fields and error messages that make sense.
Every form submission gets saved to an inbox in your Shopify admin before being emailed to you. You can reply directly to customers, search through submissions, mark them as read, export to CSV, or delete them whenever you want.
The builder includes 13 field types with options for columns, conditional fields that show or hide based on previous answers, and a live preview. Customers can upload images and PDFs, which are checked by content and only downloadable from your admin.
Built-in spam protection runs on the server with hidden traps, minimum fill time requirements, and rate limits. You can also create or update customer profiles with tags, metafields, and marketing consent, plus choose how long to keep submissions stored.
