The AI chat reads product titles, descriptions, tags, variant options, and metafields to answer questions and suggest items that keyword search alone would miss. This means fewer empty searches when shoppers use different words than what's in your product listings. Search results and AI chat appear together in one popup, making it easy for customers to browse and ask questions at the same time.
