About the mGrađani Age Gate
This app helps Croatian online stores comply with law NN 59/2026 by verifying that alcohol buyers are 18 or older through the official e-Građani/m-Građani government identity system. When a customer adds alcohol to their cart, checkout is blocked until they complete the mandatory age verification check. The setup wizard walks you through ministry registration, client ID validation, and theme integration. You can verify every cart or only products tagged for age restriction. The app doesn't store any personal shopper data—only the yes/no adult verification result is used to allow checkout.
