About the MaxPrintAlign

MaxPrintAlign helps Shopify merchants create barcode labels that perfectly match their thermal printer and label stock. The app guides you through a simple calibration workflow: create a printer profile, print a test sheet, adjust X/Y alignment and scale settings, then generate exact-size PDF labels for your products. The app works with your existing Shopify barcodes and automatically uses SKUs as a fallback when needed. Select product variants, review label quantities before printing, and save multiple printer profiles for different label sizes or printers. Generated PDFs can be regenerated without recounting the same labels, making it easy to reprint when needed.
