About the Matrix Rewards
Customers earn points on paid orders and redeem them for rewards you control. Each reward creates a single-use discount code for checkout. Shoppers view their points balance on your shop and access a rewards page in their account where they can spend points. When you process a Shopify refund, points are automatically deducted based on the same rules that awarded them, never exceeding what that order earned. Point balances are calculated from complete order history for accuracy. You can style both the shop display and account rewards page from one screen. Points expiry is disabled by default, with a 12-month minimum when enabled.
