MarginSentry is the Stocky replacement that protects your margins while managing supplier prices, purchase orders and stock. After Stocky shut down in August 2024, this app imports your Stocky suppliers and purchase order history to keep your purchasing workflow running smoothly. Create PDF purchase orders and scan to receive items into Shopify stock with landed cost tracking. Set reorder points and use sales forecasts to generate draft orders per supplier. The app handles stocktakes with a scanner, transfers between locations, and provides detailed stock reports. What sets MarginSentry apart is its supplier price list management. Upload any CSV or Excel price list in any layout, and the app reads it automatically. You'll see the margin impact for each product before any changes go live.
