MarginLoom monitors your catalogue prices against recorded costs and your saved baseline to catch pricing mistakes before they impact your business. The app identifies zero prices, below-cost items, low gross margins, and unexpected price drops with clear explanations for each exception.
Set your own margin thresholds and price-drop limits to match your business needs. Review flagged items, mark intentional changes as reviewed, and export your findings for further analysis. Hourly monitoring keeps watch over your catalogue, while grouped email alerts notify you of new exceptions without overwhelming your inbox.
The app uses read-only access, so your prices stay under your complete control. Acknowledged findings remain quiet once reviewed. Note that checkout discounts, fees, taxes, and market-specific prices are excluded from monitoring.
