About the MakeRep: Sales Rep Commission

MakeRep automatically assigns orders to sales reps and agents based on rules you set, including B2B company, discount code, customer or order tags, sales channel, POS location, or staff member. The app calculates commission per line item on sales or margin, with support for product-specific rates, tiered commission structures, first-order rates, monthly targets, and bonuses. Each order displays the assignment reason with duplicate order warnings. Refunds after payout are automatically deducted from the next statement through clawback features. Generate monthly PDF and CSV statements, plus export payout files for Xero, QuickBooks, or bank transfers. Additional features include a rep leaderboard, private rep pages, weekly email updates for reps, base pay options, deductions, and custom rep discount codes for tracking sales performance.
