About the Loyalty Box: Points & Rewards

Customers earn points on every paid order and can redeem them for discount codes or free shipping directly from a panel on your storefront. Points are automatically deducted when orders are refunded or cancelled, and unused reward codes return points to customer balances. You control how many points customers earn per dollar spent and set the value of each reward. The Pro plan adds VIP tiers, birthday points, referral rewards, 2x points events, free product rewards, a dedicated rewards page, product-page point displays, customer reminders, and detailed insights. Each customer can view their complete points history and see which orders earned points. You can look up any customer's point balance and transaction history by customer ID. No theme editing required - simply enable the app embed and start rewarding loyal customers.
